Rev. Johnessee has been an ordained clergyman for 40 years (a pastor for 32 of those years). He is presently a Church Ministries Representative with The Friends of Israel and lives with his wife, Heidi, in the Cincinnati, OH area. His entire ministry has been devoted to encouraging support and solidarity with Israel and the Jewish people among evangelical Christians.
