2 Samuel 6:12-23, David Brings Back the Ark

And it was told king David, saying, The Lord hath blessed the house of Obededom, and all that pertaineth unto him, because of the ark of God. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obededom into the city of David with gladness. 13 And it was so, that when they that bare the ark of the Lord had gone six paces, he sacrificed oxen and fatlings. 14 And David danced before the Lord…

Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,…

There is a multi-layered…

Values today seem to be driven by whoever has the power and access to the loudest voice at any given moment. At the heart of this shift from absolutes to moral relativism is the church. There is a movement that has infiltrated Christianity that has…

Why do we believe what we believe?

There are questions that we should all take time to ponder and ask ourselves.  Three of these questions I would challenge you to think about are: Why do we believe what we believe? Who influenced us to believe what we believe? What gives these individuals or organizations the authority to become an influence in our lives? Many people believe what they believe because they grew up with the influence of their parents, family and friends who believed what they now…
